The Big Little Lies actress told Bon Appetit she can't get enough of fermented foods. Her go-to snacks? "My favorites are kraut and kimchi and kombucha, but the great thing about fermentation is that you can ferment just about anything. I sort of love that semi-rotten flavor, too."
With three cookbooks under her belt, Goop has a plethora of healthy snacks to pick from. One of her self-proclaimed favorites is her Beauty Seed Bar. These low-sugar granola bars are gluten-free and packed with antioxidants.
"Whenever I have almonds, I always end up eating way too many nuts," Hudson told Today. "For snacking, I'm big on cutting up vegetables and keeping them in the fridge. If they're not cut up, I don't eat them." Her favorite salsa? "I love the combination of chopped-up cucumbers, jalapeños and white onions with lemon juice. I usually make it pretty spicy."
The actress told People she isn't as strict as she used to be with her diet, and is all about balance. Her go-to snack if she's hungry between breakfast and lunch is a hard-boiled egg with olive oil.
"Seaweed sheets are my go-to for my salty chip cravings, especially wasabi-flavored ones," she told Shape. What goes on top? "I love to eat avocados with salt and pepper," Teigen says.

The black-ish star told People she has two favorite midday munches: Udi's gluten-free bread with avocado, lemon, red pepper, and salt, or a Pink Lady apple with peanut butter.
