Suzanne loves running outdoors, taking any kind of fitness class, and discovering healthy restaurants and products that have the consumer’s best interest in mind. She is currently writing and consulting for health and wellness businesses. After being a vegetarian for a few years, Suzanne went vegan and declares it the single best decision of her life. She has her certification in Plant-Based Nutrition from Cornell University and believes that eating a clean whole foods plant-based diet is one of the most powerful things you can do to transform your life.
