Jessica’s mission as a yoga teacher is to inspire people to chill out. She helps others master their ability to calm the mind, on and off the mat. Jessica utilizes the years she spent evaluating spines as a chiropractic assistant to efficiently assess the safety of her students in postures. As a former New England radio personality and television voice-over talent, she brings a soothing voice to her classes that enhances the calming atmosphere she creates for students.
