Jessica Bouchard is a Registered Dietitian, nutrition writer, and marketing consultant based in Denver, Colorado. She is originally from Maine and completed her undergraduate degree in nutrition at the University of Maine. Bouchard completed her dietetic training at Simmons College in Boston and has a master’s degree in marketing and business from the University of Denver. Jessica enjoys helping others on their journey to well-being through nourishment and wholesome living.
