Cat O'Connor - Owner of Yoga in Motion, educator & distributor for Juice Plus Whole Foods and in the process of becoming a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Cat is passionate about all things related to Holistic Health & wellness; including yoga, writing, nutrition, motherhood, service, continual learning, growth and expansion.   Cat has the intention of making yoga and optimum living accessible to as many people as possible through the sharing of her writing, yoga, whole foods and RHN practice.  When asked what kind of business she is in, Cat's reply will always be 'Service, I am in the business of service; service to self, service to others, service to humanity'.
