Bethany Eanes

Bethany is a high-energy former collegiate athlete. But despite spending the better part of 20-years in a gym or soccer field, she never developed a truly healthy lifestyle until opening the door to a yoga practice with the help of the wonderful Julie Rader. Today, Bethany aims to help others open this same door, teaching yoga in the Los Angeles area and writing about the body, its energy and its connection to something greater.
