Allison Lurey

Allison Lurey is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach living in Los Angeles, California. She is the author of Hello Goddess!: A Woman's Guide to Radiant Health, Vitality, & Unshakeable Confidence. When she was ten years old, she was diagnosed with a severe case of Tourette Syndrome. Lurey chose to pursue alternative treatment using diet and lifestyle changes to heal. Through her success, she became devoted to helping others tap into their own body’s wisdom to heal.
