My Milkshake Brings All The Cows to The Yard Cuz My Milk Is Better Than Yours
I’m currently writing this in a blissed-out vegan milkshake coma. I haven’t been able to properly digest dairy in years and even hearing the name Ben & Jerry brings sentimental tears to my eyes.
I miss the icy treats so went to town with some dairy-free goodness—coconut water, coconut milk, almond ice cream and peanut butter because it’s delicious.
Add a pinch of salt to bring out the flavors and ice to give it a froth and you are in some serious decadent heaven. I must go rub my belly now.
1 cup chocolate ZICO water
1/4 cup coconut milk (from a can)
1 container Almond Dream vanilla bon-bons
2-3 T organic peanut butter
20-25 ice cubes
good pinch sea salt
