Drinking juices during a detox can help support your body with enzymes and minerals, as well as restore an alkaline environment. Smoothies include the fiber, but also provide important vitamins and nutrients during a detox.

Part of the detox process is elimination, and keeping the fiber keeps things going. The bottom line is: you can use both juices and smoothies to help your body detox, and here are four recipes to inspire you.
