Tommy Rosen is a yoga teacher, writer and addiction recovery expert with over 20 years of recovery from acute drug addiction and alcoholism. He holds advanced certifications in both Hatha and Kundalini Yoga and is one of the pioneers in the burgeoning field of Yoga and Recovery. For the past 20 years he has been assisting others to holistically transcend addictions of all kinds. Tommy teaches regularly at yoga conferences and festivals, including Wanderlust, Hanuman and The International Festival of Yoga in Rishikesh. He is the founder of Recovery 2.0: Beyond Addiction Conference and also teaches annually at Esalen, Omega and Kripalu. Tommy’s first book, Recovery 2.0: Overcoming Addiction and Thriving through Yoga, Meditation and the 12-Steps will be published by Hay House in October 2014. Tommy and his wife, noted yoga teacher Kia Miller, live in Venice, CA.
