Tamsin Douglas received her 200-hour yoga certification from the Rama Lotus yoga studio in Ottawa, Canada. Tamsin has also participated in Yoga for Athletes teacher training lead by Sage Rountree in New York City. Tamsin’s Yoga for Athletes approach focuses on improving flexibility, relieving stress, and body awareness.
