Stephanie Ring is an athlete who loves yoga. Movement has always been apart of her life. She started practicing yoga in college but it was years later when she was inspired to compete in triathlons that her yoga practice was taken to the next level. Stephanie utilized yoga to increase her performance to complete more than a dozen races including 2 Marathons, a Century Ride and 2 Half Ironman races. Yoga continues to be a big part of her life and she continues to use yoga during training seasons for cross training, mental focus, stress relief, and injury prevention.She created Endure Yoga to help athletes improve athletic performance. Classes are created to maintain flexibility and fitness and mirror the builds, recovery and taper periods in a training season and are specifically designed around the athlete.
