Seth Matlins is the founder of That Was Then Enterprises, a brand and intellectual property development company. Along with his wife, he is also the creator of what has become the Truth In Advertising Act of 2014 (H.R. 4341), which he conceived while founding and running FeelMoreBetter.com.
Prior to this, Seth was the first Global CMO of Live Nation; before which he helped start the Marketing Group at Creative Artists Agency (CAA), Hollywood's leading entertainment and sports agency.
