With a PhD in Biology, and after years of doing research on dolphins, she fell in love with Yoga and Ayurveda and found out that her mission in life is to help others achieve happiness and well-being. She believes that the practice of mindfulness, meditation and yoga cultivated through a healthy and nourishing diet can help everyone to achieve peace, calm and equanimity in the midst of the chaotic life of nowadays. Rita lives in Lisbon (Portugal) but loves to travel and never stays in the same place for a long time!
