Michelle Moore is a Traditional Chinese Medicine enthusiast, an avid yoga practitioner, and lover of all things food. Her passion for helping people heal their bodies with food energetics began after being diagnosed in 2009 with RSD/CRPS, a progressive and painful neurological disease. No longer able to teach jr. high school, Michelle’s focus turned to healing herself and to teaching others about food energetics, Chinese medicine, and cooking. Today she teaches about food energetics and how to use whole foods as a means to overcome health problems and to optimize wellbeing. She believes that only by healing the whole self can we begin on the path to healing. Michelle created  a food energetics blog to provide tools and information to empower individuals on their journey for wellbeing and to spread the healing properties of whole foods.
