Megan Cuzzolino is a wellness coach and yoga instructor in Brooklyn, NY. After leaving the office lifestyle of environmental sustainability, she flew to Barcelona, Spain, to receive her teaching certification, before moving further south to work at a health and well-being retreat on the Mediterranean coast. It was there that she dove deeper into three different styles of yoga, learned more about nutrition and detoxing, and gained further coaching skills and experience. Since returning to Brooklyn a few years ago, Megan has been finding ways to make wellness easy and accessible, to help people feel better, reduce stress, and live more intentionally. Her favorite things include traveling, taking pictures, connecting with awesome people, re-organizing her closet, and riding her bike through Brooklyn.
