Martine J. Byer

Martine J. Byer is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), hypnotherapist and EMDR practitioner based in New York City. She is the author of Sex and the Single Parent (Penguin-Putnam), and a contributor to The New York Times, Mr. Beller's Neighborhood and Women's World Magazine. In her free time, she loves to read and write theater: she was the O'Neill Theatre Conference finalist and winner of the Actor's Studio One Act Play competition.
