Lockey is an energetic, passionate personal trainer and tireless advocate for cancer survivors. In 2006, Lockey was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer. After completing 18 months of treatment and surgical procedures, Lockey saw a real need for post-treatment patients to exercise.

After completing specialized exercise training through the Cancer Exercise Training Institute, Lockey created ‘MovingOn’, a rehabilitative exercise program for cancer patients.  This program is not just for the physical rehabilitation, but also the mental aspect of regaining control over the body.  Lockey believes that if you gain a little more strength and a little more flexibility in your body every day, you gain a little more strength in your soul to continue on. Lockey and the ‘MovingOn’ program have been featured in (WABCTV, WCBSTV, News 12, WKTU & Talk About Health Radio) and news publications (Overlook View magazine, Shape magazine, Park Place Magazine).
