Lena Franklin is the head of content for Welzen, a mindfulness meditation app that will guide you through the journey of life, offering meditations and teachings to elevate your emotional wellness. She graduated from the University of Georgia with a bachelor's in psychology and went on to get a master’s in social work.

Welzen offers 100 mindfulness meditations, including a daily happiness meditation to help you meet the day with peace, focus, and intention. As a mindfulness-based psychotherapist, Lena will teach you that "to journey inward is your highest calling." Integrating Eastern philosophy with Western neuroscience, Lena’s work is infused throughout the offerings of Welzen, creating the opportunity for users to release stress, heal anxiety, and embark on a life beyond their wildest dreams.
