London based yoga teacher and founder of yoga gestalten. Movement has always been a significant part of Kat’s life. She started ballet at six and continued to dance in one form or another for 24 years before taking up Pilates and yoga to help with her scoliosis. She soon discovered a wholeness to yoga that goes way beyond the stretching and which led her to teaching yoga and sharing her knowledge of working with the body. Kat has written articles for different yoga magazines in the UK and runs regular classes and workshops in London. Her new passion is Thai Yoga Massage, which she is currently completing her training for.
