Katie Galvin is a part-time writer, full-time foodie, wellness advocate, love junkie and explorer of all things spiritual. After beginning her own personal journey to better health, she transformed herself by implementing a diet focused on whole organic foods and regular exercise including cycling, running and yoga. With a new perspective on life and a more mindful approach to maintaining physical and emotional balance, she aims to help and inspire others to quit surviving and start thriving by digging deeper spiritually, leading a healthier lifestyle, and finding gratitude in their daily lives.
