Julia Clarke, MS

Julia Clarke is the author of Restorative Yoga for Beginners: Gentle Poses for Relaxation and Healing and co-founder of Mountain Soul Yoga in Edwards, CO. She completed her 300 hour Prana Vinyasa certification with Shiva Rea and is also certified to teach Yin, Prenatal and Restorative Yoga. She began her formal study of yoga’s sister science Ayurveda in 2012, and completed her MS in Ayurveda & Integrative Medicine at Maharishi University in Fairfield, Iowa in 2017. She is now a Teaching Assistant for the graduate program there.
