John Salley wears many hats. Husband, father, athlete, actor, entrepreneur, talk show host, philanthropist, wellness advocate, vegan and champion are but a few.

John was the first basketball player in NBA history to win four championships with three different teams. He retired after eleven seasons as a Laker on the 2000 NBA Lakers Championship team. Since his retirement from the NBA, Salley has worked in television, film, radio, print and new media. Salley was a co-host of the Emmy-nominated series The Best Damn Sports Show Period (FOX) for seven years. John also hosted BET's sports talk show "Baller" and had his own show "Game On" on REELZ. A long-time vegan, John is passionate about clean eating and his mission in life is to educate people on the health benefits of a plant-based lifestyle. He is a partner in a California wine brand, The Vegan Vine, and is active with his Betta Life 21-day Challenge.
