Jennifer Reed is no stranger to movement.  Having moved from West coast to East more times than she can recall without a complex diagram, she ended up in Montreal, where she discovered Moksha Yoga, an accessible form of hot yoga, while achieving her B.F.A at Concordia University. Somewhere along this crazy road called Life, she started to relay the tale of her stumble onto the yogic path. Her acclaimed blog, Memoirs of a Downward Facing Dog tells the story of that transformative journey.
