Jen Johnson, MS, LPC is a psychotherapist, mindfulness teacher, and speaker offering mind-body wellness counseling and training for people who want to live with greater peace, happiness, and well-being. She teaches people how to live intentionally, live well, and live their full potential. Jen provides individual counseling and mindfulness training in person and by phone and Skype.
