Jennifer Dwyer is a yoga teacher, writer, mental health advocate and Director of Children’s and Teen programming for Your Life Design Group. She teaches and writes with the intention of empowering people to live a life filled with joy and gratitude. She found yoga when her own mental health hit rock bottom and through her own transformation realized that the happiness we experience in life is directly connected to the thoughts that fill our head. Aside from yoga, she loves a great book, any dance party, and her yellow lab, Dylan. Jennifer is currently teaching Power Vinyasa Yoga in Canada and writing her first children’s book.
