Having left behind life in the corporate world, Jasmine Sakr became a nutrition and exercise coach and opened up her wellness practice, Wholly Health.  She now spends her time personal fitness training as well as writing, running workshops, consulting and reaching out to communities about how to achieve the best quality of health and living. Her goal is to spark people's curiosity about food, health and fitness while helping them master the art of truly listening to their bodies and achieving long-lasting happiness and fulfillment!
