Jared Kaplan is a Pilates and movement specialist, personal trainer and founder of Studio 26, an eco-friendly urban oasis in NYC. Studio 26 offers a brighter vision for fitness and wellness spaces, with a green space designed to play an active role in your health and wellness. Jared created this multi-disciplinary space to help trainers and wellness practitioners grow their business while simultaneously offering high-quality services, sessions and classes to clients.

With a BA from Wesleyan University, Jared synthesizes studies in dance, Pilates, exercise kinesiology, anatomy and somatics with an athlete’s eye on performance and an artist’s view of execution. He studied Pilates with Kelly Kane, then with mentors Madeline Black, Jean-Claude West, and Christine Wright. Improving performance with personal training, he’s a Level 2 CHEK Practitioner, HLC and NASM-CPT and studies with Dr. Guy Voyer and Dr. Gil Hedley.
