Helen Walker is a Health & Fitness Coach who is passionate about working with women to push past their limits and create their best life ever. She works with women who are stuck. Women who totally know they have what it takes to get their dream body and life, but they just aren’t able to get there. Helen has pushed through many roadblocks herself, including a foot deformity, PCOS, Hashimoto’s and Adrenal Fatigue and has come out the other side smiling. Helen’s writing has been featured in magazines and online, and she loves nothing more than working on her Macbook from one of Melbourne’s many cafes.
