Hannah is a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Texas and a doctoral student at the University of Texas in Austin. She has worked with people of all ages who struggle with mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and eating disorders. Her current research focuses on at-risk youth and mental health, specifically in the areas of suicide risk and trauma exposure. Even though these are heavy topics, Hannah hopes that her work can help struggling teens successfully and healthfully survive those “awkward” years.
In her free time, Hannah likes to spend time running outdoors, attending concerts, and consuming coffee and guacamole (not usually together).
