Erin is the founder and director of Soul Food Healing Arts, a business created to transform your struggle with food into something beautiful. She also loves to create natural beauty products with herbs and food she grows in her beautiful garden. Erin resides in Northern California amongst the redwoods and the ocean where she loves to spend time with friends frolicking on local trails, cycling the back roads, growing and cooking organic food, and laughing like there's no tomorrow.
