Cindy DiPrima is one of the co-founders of the West Village luxury organic beauty and wellness boutique CAP Beauty and a New York-based prop stylist. Her shop is known for carrying hard-to-find, organic wellness and beauty lines in a modern apothecary style setting. Not satisfied with spas she had experienced in the past, DiPrima set out to change the spa realm. The CAP Beauty Spa was added to the shop and established to be a go-to destination for treatments that transport clients to an other worldly state of zen, lost in the experience. Together with her partner Kerrilynn Pamer, the two are changing the beauty world and investing in the wellbeing of everyone who walks through their doors.

As a prop stylist, DiPrima works with some of the best photographers and ad agencies in the world to create the images we see in magazines and catalogs, on billboards and bus stops. Known for her ability to take a concept from the boardroom to the printed page, she creates surprising and memorable images that honor and enhance her clients’ brands. She imagines it, finds it, arranges it and re-arranges it until it is captured on camera.

Equally at home in a castle or on a commune, she is a mixer of styles and a seeker of beauty in the most common and uncommon of places. Because of this approach to branding, CAP Beauty was a perfect next step: wellness merged with sophisticated luxury, the spa reimagined, and an editorial approach to marketing. Her work has appeared in Harper’s Bazaar, Elle, Town & Country, GQ, Oprah,Bon Appetit and Domino among many others. Her advertising clients include Grey Goose, Michael Kors, Tory Burch, Microsoft, Bombay Sapphire and Vaseline.

Before setting out as a freelance stylist, DiPrima worked briefly as an art director for television and film and then served as Senior Style Editor at Martha Stewart Living. She graduated magna cum laude with a BA in philosophy from Cornell University.
