Camille Leblanc-Bazinet is the “Fittest Woman on Earth” earning this title as the winner of the 2014 Reebok CrossFit Games. Among the hundreds of thousands of participants, Camille has been one of the leading international competitors for the last four years, and the highest placing Canadian athlete, male or female, at the Games. Along with her CrossFit accomplishments, Camille is a member of the Canadian National Team in Olympic Weightlifting (she is the best 58 Kilo lifter in the country) while remaining a full-time student in Chemical Engineering at the University of Sherbrooke. Camille’s profile continues to rise and she is constantly in demand for appearances and photo shoots, gracing the cover of numerous magazines. At 26-years-old, she is known as the most beautiful and popular athlete in a grueling and controversial sport. With over 750,000 social media followers, Camille has proven herself to be an inspiration to women and is redefining the image of health and beauty. Camille is actively involved with non-profit organizations such as St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital and other causes working with underprivileged children. She has been nominated as one of the five most influential female athletes in Canada.
Camille has been a competitive athlete her entire life. She participated in advanced-level Gymnastics for 14 years, beginning at 2-years-old and retiring at 16 in order to coach younger girls and to try new sports. In high school she played Senior AA Soccer and Volleyball, was captain of her college Flag Football team, ran half-marathons, skied and played rugby. Always passionate about sports and health, Camille is continuing her athletic education, working towards earning certifications in Olympic Lifting, CrossFit, and Gymnastics.
