Brendan is a Personal Trainer and On-line coach who has been fortunate enough to have been through his own journey of transformation. In 2013 he reached his heaviest weight of 308 pounds and was a heavy smoker working in a job he did not like. He used correct nutrition and exercise to reboot his life, starting with a juice detox. Now, Brendan eats mostly plant based foods. To date he has lost about 143 pounds.
Brendan has since launched a health and fitness website called Raw Motion Fitness in conjunction with a fitness channel on YouTube. He talks in videos and blog posts about his experience losing weight, provides workout plans that can be done at home and in the gym and delivers a message of positive living that can make people more healthy and energetic. He is passionate about teaching and spreading his message of health and vitality to help people who are in situations in their lives that they feel they can't control. He is there to help people get a handle on their fitness and eating habits. He offers unique ideas to make small changes each day. As well as his passion for fitness, Brendan has a passion for golf, he played at a high level as an amateur and is working on fitness programs aimed at amateur golfers to help them become fitter, stronger and better at their game. Brendan truly believes that a strong body leads to a strong mind and hopes to spread his message far and wide.
