Annie Carlin is an RYT, 200 yoga teacher. She has been practicing yoga for more than ten years studying many different styles from vigorous vinyasa to technical alignment based hatha and therapeutic yoga. Her goal is to create a safe space for all to enjoy the mental, physical and spiritual benefits of yoga.
