As a professional dancer, turned actress who was convinced for a while those were my deep loves to focus on, in my late twenties, my discovery and quick addiction to yoga proved otherwise. The importance of maintaining a nutritional, active lifestyle & balancing the roller coaster of life is what led me to get certified in 2012. I’m a Missouri native with a enthusiasm for propelling others into a healthier, happier place. I’ve found immense healing as I learn more about how food, mindful practices and awareness of the self is reflective of how I feel. After recently having spent time in India, soaking up the essence of the mind, body, spirit connection, I’m continuously inspired to share insightful stories and experiences with others. Vulnerable and humorous, I’m an open book always yearning for more ways to grow and engage with community on how we can do our part.
Balanced with my acting career, I passionately lead yoga events, classes and private sessions weekly and truly feel inspired by everyone I get to share space with. My love for finding the everyday joys of life and writing is delightfully combined in my lifestyle blog, Inspirational Addict. I volunteer with Young Storytellers and am a proud member of a Philanthropic Women’s Goal Group Inc., www.TheNewHollywood.org.
