Amanda ElliottRustic Supper Chef
Amanda runs the catering company Rustic Supper along with her partner Molly Baz. Amanda has been working as a private chef and caterer since graduating from The Institute of Culinary Education in 2005. After spending some years in the New York gallery scene, she realized a lifelong dream of pursuing her passion for cooking upon recognizing the attention she gained catering for various artists and galleries. Thanks in part to her own sense of adventure and love of travel, her food spans the globe, capturing the diversity and seasonality of each cuisine. She brings this global inspiration to each event whether it be a table for two or two hundred. She also has a constant and ferocious thirst for starting the dance party.
