Alli Sarazen

Alexandra (Alli) Sarazen is a contributing writer for mindbodygreen. She graduated with a Master of Philosophy from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and a degree in human communication theory from the University of Colorado Boulder. Alli is an insatiable reader, a zealous writer and a fervid explorer of places near or far, of people and of life.
