Alexis came to yoga as a way to relieve physical tension and stress from running and cycling. She found herself gravitating to class when she felt stressed, out of balance, sad, or anxious. She realized that yoga had given her a great deal more than a workout or a stretch, it had soothed her soul. Her goal in each class? Spread the joy.
