Adina Niemerow is a true believer that food is medicine. She began her studies in Asian Traditions and Modern Nutrition, at the Heartwood Institute with renown leader in plant- based nutrition, Paul Pitchford. Adina completed her culinary education at the Natural Gourmet Institute in NYC and continued studying nutrition while teaching and working at many top restaurants and wellness centers including, The Tree of Life Rejuvenation Center and the French Laundry. In prior years, Adina was a private holistic chef to Fortune 500 CEOs, top designers, musicians, models and Hollywood actors.
Adina’s celebrated book SUPER CLEANSE, an easy-to-use guide with a healthy fusion of detoxifying recipes, healing exercises, and refreshing activity ideas, providing twelve different cleanses designed for the beginner and the pro. Most recently Adina is studying Functional Nutrition and received a Master Certificate in Intuition Medicine.
