Adam Wright, Ph.D.
Adam Wright, M.Ed., Ph.D. is peak performance consultant who specializes in the mental training of elite competitors across a multitude of sports and high performance arenas. Adam is passionate about translating academic research in psychology, exercise physiology, neuroscience and learning theory into actionable insights that can be used to help others optimize their performance and their experience. A peer reviewed author, speaker on optimal human performance and positive youth coaching, and an adjunct faculty member in the Department of Exercise Science at Georgian Court University, Dr. Wright received his Bachelor’s degree from LaSalle University in Philosophy (Maxima Cum Laude) and his Master’s and Doctoral degrees from the Department of Kinesiology at Temple University with a specialization in Applied Sport and Exercise Psychology. He is also an ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist and a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Check out his website here.
