Your Pre-Natal Yoga Tool Kit

This gentle session was designed to prepare your body and mind for great, restorative sleep. It can be done nightly at all stages of your pregnancy.

Ah, morning sickness – or as Tara says, all day sickness! This anti-nausea practice will calm your belly and your mind. It can be used as a quick fix for the moments you’re feeling queasy, or done preventatively on a more regular basis.

Whether it’s your hips, your lower back, or any of the other body parts that feel a bit stiff or painful as you’re making room for your growing baby, Tara’s got you covered. This practice will leave you feeling happier and healthier in your body.
