There's no time of a day I love more than the morning. Unless it's really early, I typically find that the early hours of the day are when my mind is the sharpest, and as I sip on a steaming mug of coffee, the air seems to buzz with possibility. I've spent years thinking I should harness this unique energy into morning workouts, but that's never seemed to work for me. My body resists morning exercise like nothing else.
Why? I'm a Scorpio. We Scorpios are fierce, passionate water signs, and our workouts are much better suited for nighttime. Figuring this out about myself was a light bulb moment, and once I did, my workouts became stronger and more meaningful.
