How To Stay Healthy During Pisces Season, According To Astrology
This year, the sun floats through Pisces from February 18 to March 20, pushing us to tap into the compassionate, artistic, and emotional qualities that this star sign represents.

And with our less-than-attentive navigating, we could wind up with our fair share of stubbed toes and foot bruises—especially if we’re daydreaming instead of paying attention to our environment. Our gentle soles need extra care this season, so try to sacrifice fashion for comfort when you can. Stilettos may look stylish…but if your feet are aching, you’re not going to have fun at that fête regardless of how great you may look. 2. Prioritize sleep.
Skimping on sleep leaves us tired, crabby, and scatterbrained, and it can even have long-term health consequences. Taking sleep seriously is good medicine for overall well-being, and since ethereal Neptune—Pisces’ modern-day planetary ruler—governs sleep, it seems smart to hone in on our ZZZs during this time. Avoid tablets, computers, phones, and other blue-light emitting devices right before bedtime, as they can mess with the production of melatonin and our sleep cycles. Unwind in a bath filled with relaxing essential oils such as lavender and chamomile. 4. Limit libations.
We may feel inclined to swim in a sea of sensitivity during Pisces season, falling back on old habits or vices. For some this can be overwhelming, triggering an inclination for escapism and using substances like alcohol to cope. Yet as we all know, drinking only offers a temporary (at best) reprieve for emotional woes, not an everlasting cure. Plus, drowning your melancholy in a multitude of martinis compromises the liver, leading to reduced energy and immunity as well as disrupted sleep. 5. Add more seafood and sea salt to your diet.

And when thinking of jewels from the sea, don’t forget about sea vegetables.
