The Flower Remedies Every Introvert Should Have On Hand This Summer
I'm an introvert and someone who desperately needs "alone time." Over the summer months, there are tons of barbecues, parties, beach trips, and vacations. So what does that mean? Lots of time with other people, which can be an introvert's nightmare. Don't get me wrong, I love my family and friends, but balancing the part of me that wants to curl up with Netflix and the part of me that wants to soak up the sun with loved ones can be a tough situation.
If you're an introvert, it's absolutely mandatory to carve out time to unwind and decompress—there's no way around it. But you can also use a natural remedy to get you out of your comfort zone: flower essences. Flower essences work on an energetic level on your spiritual, emotional, and physical health.
