Bring on the abundance! Not only is it Sagittarius season until December 21, but this year, the Sun is joined by jovial and expansive Jupiter, which is hanging out in its home sign from November 2018 through December 2019. For the next year, we'll all be #blessed by bountiful Jupiter's double vibration, which is encouraging us to take a leap of faith and follow our inspirations—no matter how "unrealistic" they might seem. Make Nelson Mandela's famous quote that "It's only impossible until it's done" your mantra of the month!

Jupiter rolled into Sagittarius on November 8, but it got off to a slow start thanks to communication planet Mercury turning retrograde from November 16 to December 6. But once Mercury turns direct (forward), the skies really brighten, starting with a December 7 new moon in Sagittarius. If there was ever a day to set your sights on a grand vision, this is it. Jot a draft of your 2019 intentions, and feel free to go big with them.

Also on December 7, ambitious Mars and compassionate Neptune make a rare (once-every-two-years) meetup, aligning in magical Pisces. Pause for a meditation or creative visualization. With your right brain and subconscious both super-activated, the Law of Attraction is working overtime in your favor. This is definitely an "ask, believe, receive" kind of day—so hang out in the quantum field for a few and see what you can manifest!

On December 21, the winter solstice arrives and kicks off Capricorn season. Magical thinking gives way to pragmatic planning, as earthy Cap turns our thoughts to goals for the year ahead. The next day, December 22, brings a heart-opening Cancer full moon, which puts us in touch with our deepest feelings and brings out the seasonal sentimentality. This lunation is extra special because it's 2018's rare SECOND Cancer full moon. The first one, a supermoon, arrived on January 1, 2018, bookending this intense year with so many emotions. Look back to what you were doing the last time the calendar turned. You could feel some resolution reverb—or just give yourself a big congratulatory high-five for all that you've accomplished in the past 12 months.

Christmas this year will feature the moon in playful and passionate Leo, which will make for warm and convivial vibes…but also the possibility of drama and diva antics, especially under the mistletoe. Keep it down to a dull roar in the Lion's den…but feel free to "don ye now" your blingiest apparel and match it with your colorful personality.

On New Year's Eve, the moon is in scintillating Scorpio, adding a note of intensity to our celebrations. Spiritual Scorpio is the sign of transformation, and to symbolize the shedding of outworn layers as the calendar turns, you might include a ritual in your celebrations. At 10:10 p.m. EDT, the moon will form a flowing trine to manifestation-magnet Neptune, the perfect moment to inform the universe of your most soul-stirring wishes! And at 9:20 p.m. EDT, ambitious Mars will blaze into its native sign of Aries, where it will activate our most adventurous and amorous desires until Valentine's Day 2019.

As the calendar turns (depending on your time zone), Jupiter, Saturn, Neptune, AND Mars will all be in the zodiac signs that they "rule," a rare and powerful lineup. Here's hoping that portends a smooth entry into a very-much-welcomed new year!
