Natural Products Expo West—known in the industry as just Expo West—is one of the biggest healthy food events of the year, when companies large and small descend on Anaheim, California, to share their newest innovations. We came, we saw, and oh, did we sample, and in the process, we found the absolute best healthy products hitting shelves in 2019 to share with you. From cauliflower oatmeal (seriously!) to nut-butter-covered nuts (they're addictive), here's what you're going to want to stock up on this year.

siggi's No Added Sugar Whole-Milk Yogurt

While siggi's has always boasted simple ingredients and not a lot of sugar, their new line of no-added-sugar, fruit-flavored, whole-milk yogurts ups the ante even more. When they say no sugar, they mean it: no maple syrup, no coconut sugar, no honey—and no stevia or artificial sweeteners, to boot. The yogurts contain just fruit and cultured milk with live, active probiotics. The line comes in three varieties: Banana & Cinnamon, Peach & Mango, and the newest variety, Raspberry & Apple. The flavors are bold and clean, and with only 4 grams of total sugar a container, this can easily become a healthy daily staple. siggi's No-Added-Sugar Whole-Milk Yogurt, available at Whole Foods Markets nationwide ($1.69 for a 4.4-ounce container)

UnReal Coconut Chocolate Bars

UnReal has made its name making better-for-you versions of classic candy bars, and at Expo this year, they debuted their version of a Mounds bar: the dark chocolate coconut bar. Like all of their candies, it's made with absolutely no artificial flavors or colors, instead relying on real organic coconut, cassava syrup, and dark chocolate for its delectable flavor. They come in bags of snack-size bars, the perfect amount to tame any chocolate craving. UnReal Coconut Chocolate Bars, available online in June ($4.99)

RX Oats

RXBAR is entering the oats category with their new protein-packed, single-serve oatmeals. Like the famous bar packaging, the simple ingredients are listed on the package: just 1 egg white, 9 almonds, 1 date, and ⅓ cup of oats goes into each container, which features a whopping 12 grams of protein and 6 grams of fiber. They're launching with four flavors: Apple Cinnamon, Maple, Chocolate, and Original—while all are delicious, our favorite is the maple, which is just-the-right-amount of sweet, warming, and nourishing from the inside out. RX Oats, available on the RX website and in stores nationwide this fall ($2.50 to $3 for one 2.18-ounce container)

Purely Elizabeth Cauli Hot Cereal

Cauliflower? In oatmeal? Breakfast mavens Purely Elizabeth make it work, with these innovative new entrants into the day-breaker category. The single-serve containers eschew oats entirely, using instead freeze-dried and diced cauliflower mixed with chia, coconut, and almond protein powder. It has half the net carbs of normal oatmeal, 8 grams of protein, and is gluten-free, grain-free and oat-free. And if you're wondering: Yes, both the cinnamon almond and strawberry hazelnut varieties taste incredibly good, without a trace of the sulfuric-scent oft associated with cauliflower. Purely Elizabeth Cauli Hot Cereal, available nationwide in June

Spindrift Sparkling Lime

Spindrift has been turning the sparkling water game on its head with its all-natural, real-fruit concoctions for years, and now, it's launched the celeb favorite lime version (says Kristen Bell, "Up until today, if someone asked me to rate my love of Spindrift on a scale of 1 to 10, I would have said 10 immediately. But then they brought Lime to my table and now I have no choice but to rate it at a gajillion."). With just two ingredients—sparkling water and lime juice—this is bound to be a refreshing summer staple. Spindrift Sparkling Lime, available nationwide (8 cans for $5.99)

So Delicious Oatmilk Frozen Desserts

If you're obsessed with oatmilk (raises hand), you're going to love So Delicious's new line of oatmilk frozen desserts. They're crazy creamy, totally dairy-free, and come in three delicious flavors: Peanut Butter & Raspberry, Oatmeal Cookie, and Caramel Apple Crumble. While all are amazing, the Peanut Butter and Raspberry will take you straight back to childhood—without any of the gut upset that often comes with traditional ice cream. So Delicious Oatmilk Frozen Desserts, available nationwide ($5.49 for one pint)

REBBL Ultra-Low-Sugar Mint Chip Protein

REBBL, known for its creative adaptogenic beverages, just launched three new products, all with ultra-low amounts of sugar. Sweetened with organic coconut sugar and organic stevia extract, the Mint Chip Protein, Yerba Mate Latte, and Chocolate Hazelnut Protein flavors each has only have 4 grams of sugar. They're also formulated with whole-food ingredients, rare adaptogens, and no gums, artificial flavors, or thickeners. Beyond that, REBBL has reduced sugar across all of its products, bringing the line down to an average of 9.1 grams per bottle. While all of the new flavors are delicious, the Mint Chip is a standout chocolaty refresher. REBBL Ultra-Low-Sugar Mint Chip Protein, available nationwide in April ($4.99 per 12-fluid-ounce bottle)

Naked Juice Half Naked Lively Greens

Naked Juice, known for their juices and smoothies, just launched a new drink, Half Naked, which features 50 percent less sugar than leading 100 percent juice smoothie (and that reduced number comes from using naturally lower sugar ingredients, not diluting with water). They've launched with three flavors, Peach Ginger, Watermelon Passion Fruit, and Lively Greens, but the greens-packed latter is one of our new grab-and-go favorites. Half Naked Lively Greens, available now at stores across the country ($3.49 for 15.2-fluid-ounce bottle)

Siete Family Foods Grain-Free Taco Shells

Already beloved for their soft grain-free tortillas, everyone's favorite Mexican-American food brand just launched a new product that had everyone at Expo West buzzing: grain-free hard taco shells. Made with nutrient-dense ingredients like cassava, pumpkin, and avocado oil, the taco shells are grain-free, certified gluten-free, non-GMO, as well as paleo and vegan-friendly. They're crunchy and the perfect base for a quick and easy healthy meal. Keep your eyes out for their new bean dip as well, which should be hitting stores soon! The Coconut Cult Cookies N' Cream Coconut Yogurt

The Coconut Cult has long been an influencer favorite, but its super-packed human-strain probiotic-base is no flash-in-the-pan fad. They launched two new flavors at Expo West this year: a chocolate variety, and a cookies and cream one. The Cookies N' Cream is a true standout, with cacao nibs speckling a vanilla base. Each serving has less than 1 gram of sugar and 16 strains of probiotics—a few delicious spoonfuls daily is all you need to change your digestion. The Coconut Cult Cookies N' Cream Coconut Yogurt launches next week online ($19.50 for an 8-ounce jar)

Vital Farms Pastured-Raised Ghee Butter

Vital Farms is known for their pasture-raised eggs (and their charming "girls on grass" newspapers), and now, they're introducing a new pasture-raised product to the market: ghee. With a plain varietal and a perfectly salted Himalayan Pink Salt version, the new ghee comes from cows that roam and forage in open pastures! It's lactose and casein free and has a rich, creamy flavor. Plus, the jar is pretty enough to leave out on your counter. Evolution Fresh Organic Celery Glow

You may have seen the whole celery juice craze sweeping social media, but now, Evolution Fresh is making it easy to incorporate the famous drink into your daily life. Justin's revolutionized the nut butter market with their convenient (and now ubiquitous) Squeeze Packs; now, they're set to do the same for the snacking world. Their new, first-of-its-kind product features nuts covered in nut butter. They're sweet and salty and wholly addictive, not to mention USDA-certified organic, non-GMO Project Verified, gluten-free, dairy-free and Kosher, with 2 grams of plant-based protein per serving. There are two varieties, an almond and cashew one, to start. Also keep an eye out for the brand's new Coconut Almond Butter blends! Containing a whopping 10 grams of protein per serving, this granola won't spike your blood sugar like many other brands out there, and it'll keep you full for hours. It also has 3.5 grams of omega-3 and -6, and a delicious, toasty, lightly honeyed flavor that'll make you wake up excited for breakfast. While we're obsessed with the Honey & Oats flavor, the Dark Chocolate and the Blueberry flavors are equally delicious. Manitoba Harvest Honey & Oats Hemp Yeah!
