While we're all about making your own gut-healing foods, sometimes you just want to grab something ready-made at the grocery store—and that's where these genius products come in. Whether you're looking for a probiotic-filled snack, a gut-soothing shot, or a water that'll help rebuild your gut lining (yes, really!), we've got you covered.

Good Plants™ Almondmilk Probiotic Yogurt Alternative

Yogurt giant Danone North America has reinvented almond milk yogurt with their Good Plants line, which is notably lower sugar (70 percent less, on average!!) than most players on the market. While the Chocolate Coconut, Vanilla, and Strawberry flavors are all good, our heart belongs to the Lemon Meringue, which is light, faintly sweet, and delightfully tangy. They also contain chicory root fiber, which adds prebiotics to help nourish the probiotics and get things moving along in your digestive system. ($1.89 per container)

Fermenting Fairy Cardamom Rose Coconut Milk Kefir

mbg Collective member and gut-health specialist Vincent Pedre, M.D., cites kefir as one of his favorite gut-healing foods, and this dairy-free, coconut-milk-based version has garnered a cult following. The cardamom-rose flavor profile is unique and delicately exotic, and the formula is made in-house, with super-clean ingredients (including no gums or preservatives). "One bottle totally changed my poop," noted one mbg staffer. ($16.49 for 16 ounces)

Traditional Medicinals Peppermint Delight™ Probiotic Tea

While tea with probiotics seems too good to be true, Traditional Medicinals cracked the code. Each cup packs in a heat-stable form of probiotics designed to withstand boiling water. Beyond that, the peppermint helps soothe the digestive tract while lemon balm helps with irritation and inflammation in the gut (it's also a renowned stress reliever, which helps with the gut-brain connection). (16 bags for $5.29)

Vital Proteins Collagen Water

It's no secret that we're obsessed with collagen—and now, Vital Proteins has made it easier to get the gut- and skin-healing goodness, with the release of their collagen water. Each 12-ounce bottle contains 10 grams of collagen, less than 3 grams of sugar, and real fruit juice, with Original (which is faintly lemon-flavored), Strawberry Lemon, and Blueberry Mint flavor options. While all are delicious and a great way to get a hit of protein with your hydration, the mint offers extra stomach-soothing benefits. They're currently sold online only and will be hitting stores near you in the next few weeks. ($20 for 4 bottles, although right now, the brand is giving away samples for just the cost of shipping)

Lifeway Organic BioKefir Immunity Shot

If you're looking to pack in about as many probiotics per sip as humanly possible, Lifeway has you covered. Their BioKefir shots contain 12 strains and 50 billion CFUs of probiotics in every 3.5-ounce container, plus acerola for additional skin- and gut-loving vitamin C. It's certified organic, and the pomegranate blueberry flavor is fresh, gently sweet, and subtle. While it's made with nonfat dairy milk, it's also 99 percent lactose-free, which should be easier on those with mild sensitivities (4 shots for $7.99)
