As a mom, I know that motherhood can be a stressful. Being a mom is one of the most amazing things in the world, but mothers tend to give everything to their family, forfeiting any time for self-care or stress-relief.
That's why it's important to take time out of your day — even just one minute — to relax and reset. So I developed a one-minute eye massage to reduce stress without taking up your valuable time.
Here's how you do it:
Take your first two fingers on each hand and gently close your eyelids. Massage in gentle circular motions the brow bones, then base of your eyelids — right by your eyelashes — for 10-15 seconds each. Keeping your eyes closed, move your fingers to the edge of your temples, right where your temple and your eye socket meet. Massage in a gentle circular motion for 30 seconds. Voila! You should feel refreshed a a bit more clear-minded.
