Jessica Biel on Yoga & Climbing Mount Kilimanjaro

Jessica Biel covers the July issue of Glamour magazine and shares why she likes yoga, her thoughts on feeling healthy, and even what she learned about herself from climbing Mount Kilimanjaro back in January.

Jessica on yoga:

"I like to do a couple of classes of yoga during the week, mixed in with weight training sessions, which are for strength... Actually the yoga class is less about strength and more about stretching and elongating, so I can have the combo."

On the importance of being and feeling healthy:

"When you feel good inside, you project that outward to the world."

Climbing Mount Kilimanjaro:

"I learned that when my head is pounding and I’m nauseous and I feel like I cannot walk another step and it’s pouring down snow…I’ve learned that I can push forward, which was exciting for me. When you get out into the wilderness and strip [away] all of the stuff in your everyday life, you really gain a great respect for your own life, simply as it is. Needing things starts to feel like, Oh, I kind of have everything, don't I? It’s pretty great."
